With over a decade of nursing experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of various clinical settings, primarily in the Intensive Care Unit. My career began as a Healthcare Assistant, where I worked extensively with adults with learning disabilities, providing me with a strong foundation in patient-centered care. I then went on to undertake my nurse training.

Currently, I work for an agency specialising in the care of ventilated patients in their own homes. In addition, I hold a managerial role as a Clinical Lead for a complex care agency, where I oversee clinical governance, supervise and support registered nurses, and develop training programs. My responsibilities also include evaluating nursing care standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement nursing policies and procedures, all while ensuring high-quality patient care.

My diverse clinical experience encompasses surgical, respiratory, orthopedic, and Accident & Emergency departments, as well as serving as a rapid response night nurse and working in district nursing. This extensive background equips me to provide informed and objective analysis in legal matters related to nursing and healthcare.
