  • 7 years' experience as a Midwife at Royal United Hospital (RUH) Bath rotating between Antenatal, Intrapartum and postnatal care in various settings involving triage.

Throughout my career I have gained understanding of the intricate balance between safety and productivity within highly dynamic areas of Midwifery services.

I am very passionate about service improvement; I am the Midwifery lead for national projects within my unit. My clinical role means I co-ordinate the unit, support more junior Midwives and care for birthing women requiring high dependency care, also involving bereavement care.

I am compassionate, hardworking, calm and skilled and pride myself on delivering safe, individualised and evidence-based care to women and their families.
