- 9 years' experience as a Continuing Care and Funded Nursing Care Assessor London-Based NHS Trusts assessing patients against various criteria to determine their eligibility to have care needs funded by health authorities.
- 4 years' experience as a Care Manager at Active Assistance managing a caseload of up to 25 spinal injury patients.
- 17 years’ experience as a Nursing and Care Agency Manager/Owner.
- 15 years’ experience of general Nursing in the NHS and private sector in a variety of settings including surgery, medicine and elderly care.
- Member of the NSF project group responsible for developing the LTC (Neurological) standards (2005).
- Invited to present at the annual conference generating development of National strategies for managing 999 calls to individuals with SCI in the community (2006).
